Bill Leon, Ph.D., President
Bill has 30 years of experience as a researcher and evaluation consultant. He is founder and president of Geo Education & Research. With three degrees in geography and 25 years of experience as a community developer, he has worked on numerous educational, environmental, social, and economic studies with community, government, foundation and nonprofit clients. The mission of Geo Education is to apply knowledge in service to the Earth and its people in evaluation, education & environmental work with community development and empowerment methods.
We each have a unique way of doing this, and by sharing our methods and resources, we can all do more and enjoy the process more. Three of our primary attributes as humans are our abilities to learn and create; our abilities to communicate and our abilities to work with each other to improve life for all. The Earth is our partner in this endeavor, and by knowing her and living in harmony with her, we can succeed in our personal as well as our collective aspirations simultaneously, forever.

Inflatable Globes and Other Educational Products and Curricula
One aid to working for the Earth is seeing her as she truly is. We can open to the wonder around us at any time and explore with new eyes the beauty and mystery that is here waiting. It is this exciting endeavor that has captivated people since the dawn of consciousness. We can and should study the Earth in detail. But something else is needed. We need to see and understand the Earth as a whole—as a complex but integral totality. When we do, we are inspired. The image of the Earth as a whole entity instead of a collection of countries or images on flat maps has the power to change the way we feel.

Until recently, this had to be done in the imagination. But with the advent of space travel, a lucky few of us have been able to see the whole Earth in a single frame of view. Satellites have allowed more of us to see it via pictures—at least in two-dimensional views. Now the three-dimensional view of the Earth is possible for all to hold and see.
